[Cialug] Android tablets

I do have experience with some of these 'non-market' tablets; a lot of them
can be flashed with a fuller-featured image but I'll verify Matt's finding
on the stock device.  Not a whole lot of fun to do research and have to have
an MS machine handy to flash an 'open source' device.

I do also have one tablet with froyo, but it does NOT have voice dictation-
the one android 2.1 (and of course carried into froyo) feature that has been
the best UI improvement on a mobile for me in years.
