[Cialug] cialug.org dns updates

Sorry if there were any issues - the primary DNS server for cialug.org was 
down for an update, and the secondary didn't pick it up for some reason. 
The DNS servers have been changed to a more proper set of servers now by 
Mr. Backstrom.

We're planning to start migrating over to the VMware image server some 
time Real Soon Now(tm). Barry has the new web site set up, I need to 
migrate the mailman mailing list over. I'll give y'all a warning when this 
change is going to happen.
