FYI; I know this might not/probably won't do for most on this list, but
Verizon has now rolled out a cheaper data tier. $15/month gets you a
whopping 150MB/month. If you are near and use Wifi hotspots a majority of
the time however, this might work for you.. Could save you $15 a month. Why
is Big
Red being so 'generous'? Because they're about to roll out their LTE 4G
network and price it _above_ the normal 3G option. Personally, I'm going to
monitor my 3G vs Wifi usage for a couple months and consider it.
Another item, although just a rumor, is that Verizon's also trialing a plan
that matches that Sprint plan (gee, wonder why they're doing that...:)), but
who knows who is eligible or if it will 'graduate' from trial to the rest
of us.
