Help Desk/PC Support Specialist
Tasks include handling help desk calls on a variety of products, installing/troubleshooting hardware and software, providing general support in a medical environment, handling backups of assorted systems. Take rotation in overnight/weekend on-call schedule.
Requirements: Expertise in Microsoft Windows XP and Microsoft Office products. Must be able to provide phone and remote support to staff members possessing a wide range of technical experience. Must be able to travel within the Des Moines Metro area and to several regional hospitals across the state. Should have good trouble-shooting and communications skills. Needs to be a self-starter.
Preferred: Working knowledge of CentOS linux, VMware 4.0, Cisco and Juniper networking, Windows Vista/7

The pay range is $40k (ish) salaried.
