[Cialug] W2K Server P2V on VBox

Is the original machine a multiprocessor?  Does it have unique storage like a RAID array or unique drivers?  It is a Compaq/HP - I think they sometimes used a special HAL.

You could try loading the correct drivers for the target environment and then ghosting/imaging the machine.  There is a lot of manual cleanup that way though, particularly if the current environment is full of unique stuff.
