I read this book years ago.
If memory serves it has little to offer over GTD with one exception:
If you have the choice between working on a task that is a high priority and long but no one sees it and one that low priority and short but impacts other people, do the latter. It's basically a personal marketing thing. Sysadmins who can be more public about what they do get more goodwill from those they support. This goodwill can then be converted into apologies for when things don't go right.
It also helps with future raises.
