What's the game plan? Hand out Linux CDs? Have PCs running various versions of Linux that passers-by can actually try out? Banners? Dancing Girls? What did you do last year?

replying to myself - I didn't fully flush my brain queue
dealing with the farmer's market may make it a little interesting - the
installfest route we've usually taken may not be feasible, but stuff is
generally so easy to install anymore, that shouldn't be an issue. I'm
thinking more of doing demos and talking to folks - more evangelism this
year, convert the masses :)
