[Cialug] Fiber Optics Network Maps...

Is that really feasible? When I lived in town there was Qwest fiber in
the ground in the alley 3 ft from the edge of my house. That means it
was barely 4ft from my computer... Could I get a fiber to my house? No.
In fact, Qwest thought my even asking was amusing.
