[Cialug] DSL speeds

I just upgraded to 7M Qwest from 1.5Mb.   Painless upgrade at least in
my case.  Good thing is I am seeing 6.66Mb/s down, .70Mb/s up and 88ms
latency out to Portland Oregon.   Glad I upgraded.  I am qualified for
20M and they indicated that faster speeds (40M-80M) are coming in the
fall.

The only downside was that I had to use Qwest at my ISP as opposed to
continuing to use Freese-Notis.
