[Cialug] HELP!!! VMWare server

Please help! I recently upgraded my server @ home to Ubuntu 10.04 LTS.  I
ran the VMWare server config and had some issues compiling one of the
modules.  I got the fix for that one on the internet.  Re-ran config/install
with no problems, but now when I try to start up my webserver VM I get:

Message from THECONSTRUCT: Failed to open device "/dev/vmci": No such file
or directory Please make sure that the kernel module 'vmci' is loaded.
Module DevicePowerOn power on failed.

I can't find anything helpful on google.
