[Cialug] OT: Web Based Proxy

We have a situation at my day job where a customers ISP is
experiencing DNS issues. We need to get them logged into our secure
site but they can't get to it from two of their locations. I was
thinking of just directing them to a web based proxy (e.g.
the-cloak.com) but I simply don't know which are legit and can be
trustworty.

Does anyone know of one thats secure/trusted?
