I bought a Dell Mini 9 w/ webcam, bluetooth and 16G SSD at Christmas
time and then got buyer's remorse. I installed UNR 9.10 on it (it came
w/ 8.10 and still has the recovery partition). It's mostly collecting
dust now. It will be going on craig's list tomorrow.
If you'd like it for $225 please contact me off list and its yours.
For another great computer option, the Dell Latitude line run Linux
very well, are very solidly built, and because they leased so many of
them to corp customers there is an ample supply of gently used
machines on ebay.
You can often find a Latitude D620 for under $200 in great shape and I
bought a 3lb D430 for about $290 in November. I routinely buy the
D610's (15" single core) for about $100 for people who need a budget
machine.
