If an account is so egregious that it were to be deleted, then yes, the data
would be purged also. My guess is only someone that was trying to abuse the
system would get to that point in a hurry. Anyone that's accidentally
beating up the server or just mildly abusing it would get a warning.
As previously stated, this is for people that register domain names like
"iamagooglehacker.com" or "iwanttospammy***off.com" (we actually had someone
set up the latter on our current hosting platform).

Matt, you need to be more specific when you use the word "delete".
Deleting an account is one thing and deleting data is another. Are you
saying that if a user was "deleted" that you would delete all their data
and they would lose any data that wasn't backed up?
