The space-hogs are multimedia.  I have my DSLR stuff that I shoot in
RAW and an SD780IS that does 720p video (~3 MB/s).  Shoot a 5 minute
video and that's a GB.  Really, a TB isn't hard.  If you shot 1080p
then you'd eat TB's for breakfast.

You will never need a TB for writing documents, unless you put 1080p
video in it.
