[Cialug] virtualbox

I've been using virtualbox on my laptop for the last month or so. Its worked basically flawless for me except for this morning. I booted my computer up and when i tried to boot up my virtual machine i got the following error

Failed to start the virtual machine Hospital.
VT-x is not available. (VERR_VMX_NO_VMX).
Unknown error creating VM (VERR_VMX_NO_VMX).

I rebooted and checked the bios. Virtualization is enabled. I've tried some googling and i can't seem to find anything other than "enable virtualization in your bios" answers???
