I've asked our video guy to see if any of his fancy tools can convert it into something more open.  If that doesn't work, maybe I'll re-record it or present it at a meeting sometime.

FYI, on OSX I've tried Perian, flip4mac, the old school windows media player, mplayer, vlc, and MPEG Streamclip and I can only get the audio to play. Citrix seems to be using their proprietary G2M3 codec.
