[Cialug] cialug server update

We're working on the cialug.org server tonight. The plan is to point the DNS
over to a virutal server, which will include a new web page that Barry has
set up for us.

If everything works OK, the new web site and this mailing list will be back
up and running as soon as your DNS refreshes.
