[Cialug] Screen casting / webinar solution

Hi, does anyone know of a Linux friendly (for the hoster) screen casting or
webinar solution? I'm comfortable getting creative but I do want it to be
relatively simple for participants and I'd like to be able to record (but
I'm ok using standard screen capture for that).

I've used Spreed and it often works, but Murphy's law seems to kick in too
often with it. I've looked into Ucast but it requires Windows or Mac OS for
screen sharing.

Anything else I should be looking at? Commercial is OK and my target size is
about 50 participants.
