Yesterday in IRC we were speaking of arm servers, last night some people at work were talking about this product: http://www.linuxfordevices.com/c/a/News/ZT-Systems-R1801e-/
16 core arm server with max power usage of less than 80 watts w/ 16 x 600Mhz, 8GB ram and SSD storage running Ubuntu server.
A data center full of silent, fanless, cool running servers seems pretty hard to imagine.
