John VanDyk, well known author of "Drupal Professional Development"
and international speaker will be at "Des Moines Web Geeks" on Monday,
Sept 21st, speaking about server side performance. There will be
something for all skill levels so if you'd like to learn how to make
your web apps run faster this is an excellent time to check out the
group.

We'll also be celebrating our one year anniversary as a group and I
have some gifts to give away! Apress gave me a few books to hand out
at the meeting.
