[Cialug] Performance Monitoring

I had problems with Cacti in the past.  Nothing serious, mostly just
broken graphs but it was infuriating enough that I dropped it for
Zabbix.

we're using cacti, with apache stats plugins - I would guess there are 
plugins for everything else you're looking for
