Where Not Exists!  That's a good one.  I didn't know about that, but I
intend to try it out.

As it happens, the cause of the problem I posted about has disappeared
altogether.  Policy for these people is to *always* have a customer
contact entry, even if they close the lead right away.  I might
implement this anyway, but not right now.
