[Cialug] combining multiple log files into one

Does anyone have any favorite utilities for combining log separate log files
into a single file for parsing?

application_logfile1 host1
application_logfile2 host2       >       master logfile host4
application_logfile3 host3

I would want these to be forwarded in real time to the master log host.  I'd
prefer to not go down the syslog route if I could and keep this application
totally separate.  Thoughts?
