I was curious who he was referring to and thought some others on the 
list might like to know too. It seems he is referring to Jeremie Miller 
who is the inventor of Jabber/XMPP and lives in Iowa. I also found that 
Wikia is hosting their site at the usshc.com data center in Monticello, 
Iowa.
