Unless one lives in a sensory deprivation tank, there are generally
repercussions to one's actions.
I want to point out, however, that running a generic proxy server and
handing out a single IP is very different from being the active
coordinator of an international freedom movement against a hostile
government.
Like most things, it's about balancing risk and reward.
