[Cialug] Open Source Message Board Suggestions

I'm looking to setup a message board internally at my company for
discussions and was wondering if anyone had any opinions on which software
to use.

I only have two main requirements.

1) Hooks into LDAP for my userbase to get email and login information.
2) Can create RSS feeds from the categories.

And a nice to have would be:
3) Set "watches" on a thread and get an email if someone posts to the
thread.

The server is a Linux box with Apache & Mysql.  Also open to any Java based
solutions.

So far I've looked at phpBB and YaBB which are both open sourced, and
vbulletin board which is commercial (but very cheap).  Any other suggestions
would be appreciated.
