What's your favorite podcast download software?

A while back I was using iPodder, it seemed to work pretty well, I just 
got out of the habit of listening to the podcasts, and didn't even 
re-install it last time I updated my laptop.

I have a somewhat non-technical friend who wants to download and listen 
to a couple of podcasts regularly, just thought I'd see what people were 
using these days.
