Windows Picture and Fax Viewer.  Right click on the picture file and
"Send To... Mail Recipient".  First thing it asks is if you want to
resize the pictures.  If she uses Outlook or Outlook Express then
it'll also let her email them right off.  If she doesn't use either of
those, then just let it open an email and then save off the
attachments.
