[Cialug] Run Ubuntu inside Windows

I ran across this on LifeHacker today and thought I would share.  Ubuntu now
can run in a window(s) in Windows AND it's portable (a little less that 2gb
with no other apps installed).

I downloaded and installed it and it runs as advertised, albeit a little
slow.
