Well, the PowerPC 620 came out in 1997. Nobody bought any, but it was
technically available, and you could probably have cross-compiled Red
Hat for it if you really tried.
Either that or they count parallel experience. IA-64 came out in 2001,
and you could have 10 cpu-years of experience on that if you had more
than one box.
