I haven't used it yet (other than this quick test), but Mandriva has a 
simplified wizard driven tool for doing rsync's between servers. Here's 
a screenshot:

Seems like it has some nice features, like creating groups and such. 
Could be handy for some tasks, but not nearly such a dedicated backup 
tool as the BackupPC thing Tom mentioned.
