I don't personally do any teaming but the gotcha is figuring out how
to get your switch to cooperate.  Switches, unless forcibly conviced
otherwise, think that mac addresses should only be on one port.  If it
sees data with the same mac coming from multiple ports it'll get
confused and at best you'll only get one link utilized.
