[Cialug] OT flood reporting

Just random.

I was taking pics of the flooding near my house when the CNN news team
approached and asked if I had taken pictures yesterday. I had and they
should be using my pics for "before" on the air tonight sometime.

If anyone happens to see my photo credit let me know.
