No, but there are portable versions of Pidgin
http://portableapps.com/apps/internet/pidgin_portable
and Miranda http://portableapps.com/apps/internet/miranda_portable.
They "install" to a flash drive and you can run straight from there.
The sites Jeff and Matt suggested might work best for you, I thought
