[Cialug] launchpad being open sourced

Believe it or not, I heard this through the grapevine. Don't take this
as any kind of official communication, just as one interested techie
to another:

Mark Shuttleworth: Launchpad to be open source in 12 months
During a keynote last night at the OSCON open source convention in
Portland, Ubuntu founder and Canonical CEO Mark Shuttleworth affirmed
that the Launchpad project hosting platform developed by his company
will likely be released under an open source license within the next
year.
