How about 9-10 AM for setup, open to the public @ 10 AM?  We can send
a couple of folks out to the FM loaded with flyers/CDs starting around
9:30 or 10.

I think we should really push the free software idea to draw people in
to the event.  For example, "Why pay $300 for MS Office when you can
use Open Office for free?"
