A lot of marketing fluff and hand waving in there, but also a few gems.

Maybe this:

This will be useful:

> Microsoft will indicate on its Web site which protocols are covered by
> Microsoft patents

Promising:

> document formats and to enable users to set these formats as their default

Though I'd prefer if there was just one document format that everyone used.
