I have thought about that as well.  But my favorite yahoo property,
bar none, is del.icio.us.  I have > 3000 bookmarks on there.  They let
you pull an XML dump, but I haven't looked to see if there's another
site that might import my XML and offer similar functionality (e.g.
the API capabilities).  I can't keep using del.icio.us if they
"hotmailize" it.
