What about all the PHP code that Yahoo! has produced? Think it stays in PHP but under Windows? MS has fixed the fastcgi implementation of PHP to work under IIS so it makes you wonder. I'd also be curious what, if anything, they'd do with one of my favorite sites, Flickr.

If MS buys Yahoo!:
* Zimbra will be aggressively replaced with Exchange via cheap/free
"upgrades."
* Yahoo's Apache/Linux boxen will get replaced with IIS/Windows (and
they will need twice as many to do the job).
* Microsoft's search will still suck.
