[Cialug] Window manager for servers

I played around with an ultra-light window manager called ratpoison
awhile back.  It uses a very screen-like command structure to manage
the windows.

Zero window dressing.  All window management was performed by key
combinations.  Hardly any resource usage, so it would be good as a
minimal wm for servers where you need some GUI tools but don't want a
lot of overhead.
