[Cialug] Mediacom and Qwest IPs

Don't forget that if they plan on receiving or sending email to any of  
the Iowa clients that they might be using a 3rd party service like  
bigfish.com (now owned by m$) and the mx ips probably aren't even in  
the US, but in the UK!
