[Cialug] OT: Rock-Solid Workstation

Do you like the Apple stuff for the hardware or the software? If for the 
hardware, you could always run Linux on Apple hardware. I have Debian 
installed on my MacBook and other than me not being able to figure out 
wireless networking, it works just fine. I would expect Apple's 
higher-end hardware to work even better, though you might need a 
proprietary driver for the graphics. And on a workstation, wireless 
probably isn't as much of an issue.
