[Cialug] What is a good distro for an older laptop

I'll second Xubuntu. I installed it a couple months ago on a similarly
classed machine and it was certainly not as peppy as a more modern
computer, but it was quite useable. Plain Debian would also be just
fine, but i'd not recommend it unless you are already familiar with it
or want to learn.
