You could just set the AC unit to keep the place a little on the cool
side... if your sensors detect the temperature falls below 60deg, then
start some large, cpu intensive tasks on all your servers to bring the
temperature up to a safe margin.

Oh, and mount the UPSs at the top of the rack instead of the bottom.
:-) At the bottom of the rack you can keep your beverages cool.
