A friend asked if I'd pass this along. Although this is in western Illionis,
I know some list members are in eastern Iowa and some here may know of
someone there who might be interested. There are two positions.

Local education agency is accepting applications for a Computer Support
Specialist. A+, Apple Certified Desktop Certificate and Apple Certified
Laptop Technician Certificate preferred or be able to obtain within 90 days
of employment.  Hardware and AV repair and experience with Windows and Mac
operating systems needed. Ability to lift 60 pounds and own transportation
required.  Applicants should have good trouble-shooting abilities and strong

be helpful. Good communication skills required.  Salary range $30,000 to
