[Cialug] Opinions on Bug Trackers

Hello Luggers,

Does anyone have any particular feelings about good or bad bug
tracking systems?  Some people here at my new work are talking about
Mantis [1], which I've never used.  (They're currently using some
hideous primordial hacked up database, and are looking to modernize.)

Anyone love/hate Mantis, or any other bug tracker?  (trac, bugzilla, etc.?)
