[Cialug] Asterisk Training

I could probably put some stuff together. My home asterisk box is
built by hand, but for corporate use, we use Trixbox (we have TB2.0
and TB2.2) so it's not like we generated the dial plan by hand. We
do have a few custom "applications" (macros) that we wrote, but the
free pbx interface has been great because we've turned everything
over to less technical people to manage day to day changes and
additions.
Actually, if people are really interested in learning about a big
install of asterisk, my twin brother Andy has 12 asterisk boxes
deployed across his enterprise (Brown Publishing ... they recently
purchased Des Moines Business Record) and will be in town the week of
Christmas. We might be able to convince him to talk about trunking
multiple sites together over VPNs and things :)
