Someone has some spare hardware... have a hack fest. Hands on asterisk
training. Plan the final configuration on the wiki then meet irl and start
to it. BYOBoCBDSotH (Bring your own beverage of choice but don't spill on
the hardware). If you wanna wait till spring it can be in my garage (pending
management approval of course).
