A word of caution: the cost of living increase between Des Moines, IA
and Mountain View, CA means that an offer of double your current
salary there == your current salary here.  Ouch.

This should be a telecommuting position instead.  Save the "Excellent
relocation package"  -- double my current salary and let me work from
home in my pajamas every day?  Sign me up!  Heck, I'd seriously
consider that for my current salary/benefits level.
