There used to be one, I think called "NewDeal".  It was semi-based on GEOS,
the old GUI for 8 bit computers, IIRC.

It was designed to provide basic applications and functionality to old
computers so they could be recycled at schools and such.  Was supposed to
have very low memory requirements.

Looks like the company may be kaput.  You may still be able to find binaries
somewhere.
